Our solution can identify the really fast selling items within a short span of days after the inventory is presented at the stores. Depending on lead times and cost or reorder, our solution will evaluate scenarios to re-buy fast selling items. A particular SKU may sell very well at one store but not so well at some other store. Depending on the cost of moving items and shipping to other stores our solution will evaluate scenarios where some inventory is repositioned between stores, moved to outlet stores or kept within a store and placed under a markdown program.
